About the Event
The joy of storytelling and the power of the written word will come alive at the Garden of Reading Literary Festival, taking place Saturday, September 6, 2025 at the breathtaking Ravine Gardens State Park in Palatka, Florida.
Hosted by Friends of the Ravines, this family-friendly literary celebration is presented in collaboration with the Putnam County Library, the Arts Alliance of Putnam, Northeast Florida Authors Conference, Putnam Writers Association and One Book One Putnam.
This year's featured speakers include: Bob Lee, beloved local resident and prolific author of both fiction and nonficition, will spotlight his newest fiction release, Bones in the River, during a special keynote reading. Jerry Teske, local writier and storyetller, will share insights from his latest series exploring the imaginative journeys of boys whisked away to another century.
